The location was convenient for walking to many attractions. The staff was helpful in providing directions. The bed in my room was comfortable , and i slept well. The breakfast offered a good variety of options.
My room faced the street , and it was quite noisy at night. The bathroom was small , and storage space was limited. The check-in process was a bit slow , and i waited longer than expected.

I found the staff greeted me warmly at reception. They also arranged for my luggage to be stored safely before check-in. Breakfast featured a diverse selection of pastries and fresh fruit. I enjoyed the convenience of having a well-stocked minibar in my room.

The staff was helpful and friendly, starting with a welcome drink. i enjoyed the canal view from my room, a real treat. breakfast was very good, though i wished for some hot food options. the location is amazing. I walked everywhere.

Romantic Getaway!
restored building wine fridge really good service
The hotel's historic building had a wonderfully restored canal view. Extra touches included a stocked wine fridge and Nespresso machine for our pleasure. The courtyard offered a peaceful space to unwind. The service was really good, making our stay special.
The path to our room required navigating stairs and a brief walk through the kitchen.

comfortable bed friendly staff perfect location
I found the location AMAZING!!! I easily walked from the hotel to museums and explored streets daily. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, courteous, and professional.
I noticed the room was a little dark. This made it slightly difficult to get ready in the mornings. I wish there was more light available.

the staff was very helpful at breakfast.
the room was not excellent. the air conditioning was broken, and i had to sleep on a futon mattress. i complained, but i did not get a rate cut, bad. i received fans, but it was very hot.
